Viewing Tasks

The incomplete tasks in your phone are included when you
select View Today in your Calendar. You can view all of your
tasks, incomplete, and completed using the Task list.
Accessing the Task List
To view the task list:
1. From standby mode, press
scroll to Personal Organizer (
(left softkey).
2. Highlight Calendar and press
3. Highlight Tasks and press
4. To add a task, highlight Add task? and press
(left softkey). (See "Adding a Task" on page 89.)
5. To see the details of a task, highlight it and press
(left softkey).
Task List Options
The following options are available when you press
a task highlighted. To select an option, highlight it and press

Completed?/Uncompleted? to mark an incomplete task
complete/to mark a completed task incomplete.
Edit to change the task.
Delete to remove the task from your phone (press
[left softkey] to confirm the deletion).
Send to send the task via Bluetooth.
Copy to create a duplicate of the task; allows you to edit it
without changing the original.
Call to call the phone number in task that is a Phone Call.
