Reminder:
To access the phone's main menu, press
from standby mode. Menu items may be selected by highlighting them with
the navigation key and pressing
the number corresponding to the menu item on your keypad.
Sound Settings
Ringer Types
Ringer types help you identify incoming calls and messages.
You can choose a ringer sound that will help you identify your
phone when it rings. You can also assign a ringer sound to
individual Phone Book entries and a different sound to each
type of message.
Preprogrammed Ringers include a variety of standard ringer
types and familiar music.
Vibrating Alert notifies you of calls or messages without
disturbing others.
Downloaded Ringers can be downloaded right to your
phone. (See "Ringers" on page 174.)
Available Sounds
You can listen to the sounds that are stored in your phone.
To listen to the available sounds:
1. From standby mode, press
scroll to Settings (
2. Highlight Sounds and press
3. Highlight Sound Gallery and press
4. Highlight the name of a sound to hear it played.
You also can highlight a sound and press
following options:
Play to replay the sound.
Set Ring Sound to select the sound as your ringer sound.
Send to send the sound to another device via Bluetooth.
Delete to remove the sound from your phone.
Rename to change the name of the sound.
