Today View Options
The following options are available when you press
an event or a task highlighted. To select an option, highlight it

Completed? to mark a task as completed (removes it from
this view).
Edit to change the event or task.
Delete to remove the event or task from your phone

Reschedule to change the time for an event.
Send to send the event or task via Bluetooth.
Copy to create a duplicate of the event or task; allows you to
edit it without changing the original.
Call to call the phone number in task that is a Phone Call.
View by Week
This view shows you an entire week and indicates when you
have events scheduled by blocking out the time with boxes. By
default, this view displays the current week with the current
day highlighted and circled when you access it.
Accessing the Week View
To view your scheduled events by week:
1. From standby mode, press
scroll to Personal Organizer (
(left softkey).
2. Highlight Calendar and press
3. Highlight View Week and press
4. To view the details of day, highlight it using the navigation
key and press

This day view is similar to View Today, but does not include tasks
(see "Viewing Today" on page 90).
