Accessing the Security Menu
You must enter your lock code to view the Security menu.
To access the Security menu:
1. From standby mode, press
scroll to Settings (
2. Highlight Security and press
3. Enter your lock code and press
Tip:
If you can't recall your lock code, try using the last four digits of either
your Social Security number or PCS Phone Number, or try 0000. If none of
these work, call PCS Customer Solutions
Locking Your Phone
When your phone is locked, you can only receive incoming
calls or make calls to 911, PCS Customer Solutions
personal numbers. You can manually lock your phone or set it
to automatically lock when it is turned on.
Manually Locking
When you set a manual lock, the phone stays locked until the
lock code is entered to unlock it.
To manually lock your phone:
From the Security menu, highlight Lock Phone Now and

Power On Locking
When you activate the power on lock, the lock code must be
entered to unlock your phone each time you turn it on.
To set the power on lock:
1. From the Security menu, highlight Power on Lock and press
