Possible cause
The communication between
the main PCB and the stepper
motor PCB is disturbed.
An overcurrent has occurred in
the stepper motor card.
The error lies in the driver of the
main shaft drive.
The current supplied to the
main circuit board IPM is too
high for a brief time.
Overcurrent occurs repeatedly
on the main circuit board IPM
after the machine is switched
on.
The motor stops.

• Switch off the power supply
and switch the machine back
on after waiting for a while.
• Check if the communication
cable, the main PCB and the
drive PCB are properly
connected.
• Switch off the machine and
switch it back on after waiting
for a while.
• Switch off the machine and
switch it back on after waiting

• Switch off the power and
switch the machine back on
after waiting for a while.
• Remove the main shaft motor
to check if the motor is
damaged.
• If the problem remains,
replace the main PCB.
• Switch off the power and
switch the machine back on
after waiting for a while.

• If the problem remains,
replace the main PCB.
• Unless there is a mechanical
problem, check the
connection of the main shaft
encoder.
