Unsatisfactory Printing

Symptoms
Vertical white lines in
the direction of feed
can be seen on the
printed page.
Printed images are
fading vertically.
Printing is light.
Partially faded images.
White spots and lines
appear in solid printing.
Vertical lines appear.

Possible Cause
The LED head is dirty.
The toner is low.
Foreign materials may
be present inside or on
the image drum.
Light-shielding film
of the image drum
cartridge is dirty.
