Removing the lower triple clamp

Preparatory work
–
Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand. (
–
Remove the front wheel.
–
Remove the fork legs.
–
Remove the start number plate. (
–
Remove front fender. (
–
Remove the handlebar cushion.
Main work
–
Pull fuel tank breather
–

Loosen screw
with the handlebar in an upward direction, and hang it to the side.
Info
Cover the components to protect them against damage.
Do not kink the cables and lines.

Remove protective ring
–
Take off the lower triple clamp with the steering stem in a down-
ward direction.
–
Remove the upper steering head bearing.
