Install the front wheel.

Take off the upper triple clamp with the handlebar and place to one
side.

Cover the components to protect them against damage.
Do not kink the cables and lines.

Remove the steering head seal

Remove the lower triple clamp and steering stem.

Remove the upper steering head bearing.
