Installing the fork legs

Removing the lower triple clamp

Main work
–
Position the fork legs.
Bleeder screws
Info
The rebound damping is located in right fork leg REB (red
adjuster). The compression damping is located in left fork
leg COMP (white adjuster).
Grooves are milled into the side of the upper end of the fork
S04313-12
legs. The second milled groove (from the top) must be flush
with the upper edge of the upper triple clamp.

Tighten screws

Position the brake caliper, and mount and tighten screws

Mount the cable ties.

Position the brake line, the wiring harness, and the clamp. Mount
and tighten screws

Finishing work
–
Install the front wheel.

Install the headlight mask with the headlight. (

Check the headlight setting. (
Preparatory work

Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand. (

Remove the front wheel.
–
Remove the headlight mask with the headlight. (

Remove the fork legs.
–
Remove front fender. (
–
Remove the handlebar cushion.
