PROBLEM
Burner motor operates then shut off
Ignition occurs, then goes out

SOLUTION
Check air pressure switch hose connection or kinks
Check air pressure switch for proper electrical
connections
Pressure switch hose must be be connected to the
positive (+) barb
Defective burner motor
Poor electrical connection or supply
Drawer assembly incorrectly position in burner tube
Low voltage
Check flame sensor connection
Check flame sensor location
Ground fault issue, poor ground
Flame sensor touching metal
Dirty ionization assembly
Low gas supply pressure
Main motor delay is NORMAL. Time will vary base on
ambient temperature.
Defective fan switch
Defective motor relay
Main motor wiring connection issue
Defective main motor
