Journeyman Ductable Dual Fuel Indirect-Fired Heater
Gas Solenoid Removal
1. Locate and remove the two red wires from the
terminal block (V1 & V2).
2. Remove the red cap on the solenoid electrical coil.

3. Remove the clip securing the electrical coil to the
valve body.
4. Remove the electrical coil.
5. Reverse the removal process when installing
replacement solenoid.
Burner Orifice/Ignition Electrode /
Ionization Probe
1. Remove lock nut.
2. Pull the burner chassis out.
3. Disconnect the ionization cable from ionization
assembly.
4. See table for drawer assembly setting when
reinstalling it back into the burner tube.

Electrode and Ionization Assembly Removal
1. Remove the drawer assembly screw.
2. Pull the drawer assembly out of the burner tube.
Igniter and Flame Sensor Removal
WARNING
Do not turn the ignition electrode. Leave it as shown
in the drawing. If the ignition electrode is put near the
ionization probe, the amplifier of the control box may
be damaged.
1. Remove the ignition electrode and ionization probe
clamp screw.
