TROUBLE SHOOTING AND SOLUTION

DANGER
Incorrect maintenance/repair!
Danger to life and equipment damage.
WAGNER devices, protective systems and safety, monitoring and control equipment
may only be serviced/repaired as defined in Directive 2014/34/EC (ATEX) by trained
WAGNER service personnel or skilled persons in accordance with TRBS 1203!
Note national regulations!
Service, repair or replacement of devices or parts of devices may only be performed
outside the hazard area!
Malfunction
Powder pump does not deliver
Fault LED lights up
Inadequate powder discharge

Cause
– No release by powder center
– Pump or valve hose defective
– Maximum number of pump
cycles reached
– Cratering in the suction system
– Hoses kinked
– Check fluidization
IP 5000
Solution
– Switch on ventilator in powder
center
– Replace the hose
– Replace pump and valve hoses
– Reset cycle counter
(see Chapter 7.6)
– Top up powder and check
powder feed
– Lay hoses rounded, not bent
– Check piston air pressure
– Check service indicator
– Set correct fluid air quantity
