The lower buttons affect the participant selected in the list. To select a
participant, click the participant's row to highlight it. The participant-related
buttons are:
Disconnect Participant — Disconnects the selected participant from
the conference.
One to One — Removes the selected participant from the conference
and connects you privately to the participant. An alert box appears at
the bottom of the navigation pane, as if you'd answered a request. Its
Reconnect button returns the participant to the conference.
Mute Participant — Mutes the selected participant. This becomes the
Unmute Participant button when the selected participant is muted.
Play Participant Name — Plays the selected participant's name to
your voice path (if Name Record is on and the participant recorded a
name).
Rename Participant — Opens the Rename Participant dialog box,
where you can enter or edit the selected participant's name.
If you enter a participant name, the ReadiVoice system puts that name
into the CDR (call detail record) for that participant.

Operator Notes

The operator notes box at the bottom of the Conference Details view may
contain information you need for this conference's subscriber group (such as a
script to read when answering requests). The system administrator can create
operator notes associated with subscriber groups.
