The following sections describe the views that appear in the main pane (right
side) of the ReadiVoice Operator window:

The list of requests (Figure
the top of the navigation pane. It lists the pending requests, if any.
To answer a specific request, select it (click the gray box at the left of its row),
and then click the Answer Request button (Polycom logo) in the alert box at
the bottom of the navigation pane.
