Participant List

The participant list shows:
• ID — The participant's identification number.
• Status — The blue, red, and green circles show the participant's status
information:
— The blue circle indicates where the participant's line is:
Mn Menus — Participant is interacting with the call flow or on
hold, waiting for conference to start.
W Waiting Room — Conference is locked, and participant is
waiting to be admitted by subscriber.
Co
Conf — Participant is in conference.
Op OpConf — Participant is in private conference with an
operator.
H
Hold — Participant has been put on hold by an operator.
D
Dial Out — Subscriber is dialing out.
Dc Discnt — Participant has disconnected from conference.
— The green circle indicates if:
M Muted — Participant is muted.
T
Talker — Participant has a talk slot. Use this information to
identify a noisy line.
— The red circle indicates if:
R OpRequest — Participant has called for an operator.
• Phone — Participant's phone number, if available. If the participant dialed
in, and if the network provided the information, this is the number from
which the participant called. If the subscriber (or an operator) dialed out
to the participant, this is the number at which the participant was reached.
Port ID — The participant's card, span, and channel numbers, separated

by slashes (/). The three numbers enable a telephony technician to tell
which bridge resource is supporting the participant's call.
In a ReadiVoice IP system, only the card number appears.
If a participant is having audio problems, write down the date and the
three numbers in the Port ID field of that participant.
If the same numbers continue to be associated with audio problems, let
your system administrator know. The problems may be linked to a specific
piece of hardware, which may need to be repaired or replaced.
