The Bridge column shows you at a glance the bridge ID, its status, and your
relationship to it:
The first icon (stoplight) indicates status. Green means the bridge is up.
Yellow means that the bridge is being prepared for shutdown. Red means
the bridge is out of service.
The second icon (speaker) is solid black if you have a voice path to the
bridge, and dimmed (grayed out) if you don't.
The third icon (people) is solid black if you're receiving operator requests
from the bridge, and dimmed if you're not.
The remaining columns show you the port usage and the number of
conferences, operator requests, and available operators on the bridge.
By default, you receive operator requests from every bridge in the ReadiVoice
systems to which you're connected, but you can change this.
To stop receiving requests from a bridge:
1
In the navigation tree, select the server to which the bridge belongs.
The server's bridges appear in the pane on the right.
2
Click the gray box at the left of the bridge to select it.
The bridge row becomes highlighted.
3
On the toolbar, click the Ignore Operator Requests on This Bridge
button.
In the Bridge column, the requests icon becomes dimmed.
4
To resume receiving requests from this bridge, select it and, on the
toolbar, click the Answer Operator Requests on This Bridge button.
