— You have no voice path and your operator phone is on hook so that the
bridge can call you.

In the participant list of the Conference Details view
page 17), select the participant to whom you want to speak privately.

Click the One to One button on the right.
Unless you already have a voice path to the bridge hosting the conference,
the bridge must dial out to you.

Follow the procedure for establishing a voice path, described in
Operator Voice Path"
Your line is connected to a port on the bridge. The ReadiVoice system
removes the selected participant from the conference and connects you
with the participant. The participant's status becomes Op, and the alert
box appears at the bottom of the navigation pane. It contains a Reconnect
button and a Hold button.

To return the participant to the conference, click the Reconnect button.
The ReadiVoice system returns the participant to the conference.
