The list of operator requests contains the following information for each
pending request:

Port — The port to which the participant is connected.
•
Bridge — The bridge hosting the participant's conference.
•
Conference — The conference identification number.
•
Group — The subscriber group to which the conference belongs.
•
Server — The server (system) hosting the participant's conference.
•
AccessNum — The access phone number and access code dialed by the
participant to access the conference.
•
Phone — The participant's telephone number, if available.
•
Reason — The type of request:
— Private Request — The participant wants a one-on-one conversation
with an operator, away from the conference.
— Conference Request — The participant wants an operator to join the
conference and speak with all participants.
— Bad Access Code — The participant entered the wrong access code three
times, and the ReadiVoice system routed the call to the operator
requests queue for assistance.
— Bad Security Number — The participant entered the wrong conference
security code three times, and the ReadiVoice system routed the call
to the operator requests queue for assistance.
— Bad Subscriber Passcode — The participant entered the wrong
subscriber password three times, and the ReadiVoice system routed
the call to the operator requests queue for assistance.
— 1-Line Conference — A conference with only one participant (or the
minimum for your system) has been in session longer than the
conference termination limit set for the subscriber's group.
When you answer a request, the Conference Details view appears, displaying
information about the requesting conference and its participants.
When you answer a private request, the ReadiVoice system connects you
directly to the participant making the request. When you answer a conference
request, the ReadiVoice system enables the Join button. Click it to enter the
conference.
