Disconnecting a Participant

Click Dial.
The ReadiVoice system places the call.

If you placed an automatic call, do one of the following:
— Place another call by entering a new phone number and clicking Dial.
— Close the Dial Participant dialog box by clicking Cancel.

If you placed a manual call, continue with the steps that follow.

If you get no answer, a busy signal, voice mail, or the wrong person, click
Cancel.
The ReadiVoice system terminates the call, and the Dial Participant dialog
box closes.

If you reach the correct person, explain that you're calling on behalf of the
conference.

Click the Connect button to place the participant into the conference.
The Dial Participant dialog box closes. The system connects the
participant to the conference and adds the participant to its participant list.
A subscriber may ask you to disconnect a participant from the conference.
To disconnect a participant from a conference:

In the participant list of the Conference View tab
select the participant to be disconnected.

Click the Disconnect Participant button.
The ReadiVoice system plays a warning message and then disconnects the
participant from the conference. To reconnect the participant, see
a Participant"
on page 14.
