Base Directory
On the Base Directory page, you can manage directory entries that will be available on all
conference phones. You can sort, edit, delete, and add contact information for up to 1,000
entries. In order to back up your contacts or import another local directory file, the page also
enables you to export and import the base directory.
The Base Directory lists up to 20 entries per page. Click
page number to view the desired page of entries.
The conference phone also has its own Local directory. You can add entries to the
Local directory using the conference phone. For more information, see the C620
User Guide.
