Sets the features assigned to the soft keys on the live dial screen,
where x = 1 to 6 (device number of the conference phone),
and y = 1 to 9 (soft key number).

Sets the label of the soft keys on the live dial screen,
where x = 1 to 6 (device number of the conference phone),
and y = 1 to 9 (soft key number).
If left blank, the phone will display the default label for the selected
feature (e.g. label "Backspc" for the feature "backspc")

If the feature is quick_dial, this is the phone number that is dialed when
