Problem
1. The display reads 
IGNITION TERMINATED
XX. CHECK IF GAS 
SUPPLY IS OK. IF
ERROR PERSISTS,
CALL SERVICE-GAS.
2. The burner will not light.
The display reads
IGNITION FAILURE XX.
CHECK IF GAS SUPPLY
IS OK. IF ERROR
PERSISTS, CALL
SERVICE-GAS.
3. The burner lights but will
not stay lit.
4. The burner lights, but the
zone is cool or overheats.
Zone ID's:
BR: Bottom Rear
BM: Bottom Middle
BF: Bottom Front
Troubleshooting Guide
Probable Cause
a. Controller may need to be reset, or there may be an
issue with the gas pressure.
b. The pressure switch is faulty.
c. The blower is faulty.
a. The quick disconnect gas hose is not fully engaged.
b. The manual shutoff valve is in the OFF position.
c. Air is in the gas hose.
d. The processor control is faulty.
e. The spark ignition module is faulty.
f. The gas solenoid is faulty.
g. The electrode is faulty.
h. The interface board is faulty.
a. The electrode is faulty.
b. Improper ground.
a. The grill is out of calibration.
b. The processor control is faulty.
c. The thermocouple is faulty.

Remedy
a. Verify that the gas supply is turned
on and connected to the grill. Turn
the grill off and back on; then
select a menu item. If the problem
persists, call a service technician.
