Binary output module (BOM)
Application
The binary output module has 24 independent output relays and is used for trip output or any
signalling purpose.
Design
The binary output module (BOM) has 24 software supervised output relays. Two relays share a
common power source input. This should be considered when connecting the wiring to the con-
nection terminal on the back of the IED.
