Control Panel

Problem
Pump Control does not activate
the pump. Pump does not run.
Pump Control is not operating
properly; not consistant or
staying on.
Alarm will not activate
Pump will not turn on or pump is
not functioning properly.

Possible Cause
Incorrect Polarity
Loose connection in control panel.
or electrical system.
Non-Conductive Water
(Highly Filtered Water)
Defective Control
Problem with electrical system
Improper Field Wiring
Control is not clean of conductive
material.
Improper Mounting of Components
Float switch attached to pump
Defective Control and/or Pump(s)
Power supply failure
Defective Alarm Sensor
Loose connection in control panel.
or electrical system.
Incorrect match on control panel
and pump.
Loose connection in control panel.
or electrical system.
Defective Pump(s)
Solution
Make sure phase and neutral are
not reversed.
Confirm all connections are tight
and secure.
Test pump switch with fingers per
the instructions
Replace Control
Check electrical circuits for
common neutrals;
may cause switch to not function
correctly.
Do not run DC conductors
through same conduit as AC
conductors.
White plastic case must be kept clean.
Clean with alcohol or an oil base
product: kerosene, solvent.
Keep control (1" to 2") clear of
any metallic material. Mount to pvc
pipe or if mounting to metal pipe, make
sure to mount with See Water
quick mount PVC bracket.
Float switch must be removed,
secured in manual operation, or
replaced with correct pump.
Replace Control and/or Pump(s)
Confirm separate 120V power to
circuit board. Can be jumpered
from incoming power on pump
terminal if 120v is available.
Replace Alarm Sensor
Confirm all connections are tight
and secure.
Confirm correct pump voltage and
wires matched to correct control
panel
Confirm all connections are tight
and secure.
Replace Pump(s)
