Used to indicate how the

3 = 9600 bps

4 = 19200 bps
2 = 4800 bps
5 = 38400 bps
0 = 2 Stop Bit
1 = 1 Stop Bits
0 = 30 minutes
1 = 1 hour
2 = 2 hours
3 = 3 hours
0 = All Calls
1 = Outgoing calls only
2 = Incoming calls only
