Notes
Make sure to perform white calibration before measuring. For details, refer
to "White Calibration" on page 27.
• For accurate measurements, measure under the same conditions
(ambient temperature, etc.).

Verify that the <Measurement> screen is
displayed.

Set the sample surface aperture on the sample to
measure.

Press the measuring button.

Measurement will be performed, and the
measurement results will be displayed on the
screen.
Continue performing measurements to measure more than
once.
To perform measurement again, press MENU/OK and
navigate to "Undo" to perform the measurement again.
Notes
Measurement results that exceed the range of guaranteed performance will
be displayed as in the following diagram.
Take care when using these measurements.
