Special installation situations

Concrete silos
Installation in a thick concrete ceiling, for example, should be flush with the lower edge.
Alternatively, the probe can also be installed in a pipe that must not protrude over the
lower edge of the silo ceiling. The pipe should be as short as possible. For installation
suggestions, see the diagram below.

Installation with rod extension/centering device (accessory):
Strong dust generation can lead to build-up behind the centering disk. This can result
in interference reflections. For other installation options, please contact Endress
+Hauser.
