Installing M.2 Solid State Drives

The X12DPG-U6 can accommodate two M.2 solid state drives (SSDs). Each M.2 socket
supports NVMe PCIe 3.0 x2 (32 Gb/s) or SATA SSD cards in a 2280 or 22110 form factor.
The 22110 form factor is recommended because the appropriate standoff comes pre-installed
on the motherboard.
Caution: Use industry-standard anti-static equipment, such as gloves or wrist strap, and
follow precautions to avoid damage caused by ESD.
