If required, log on as administrator.
Select the Admin category.
In the Admin category, select the sheet Data Management.
Next to Reminder interval, specify the number of
days/weeks you want the system to prompt you to perform
disk management. This setting should be set based on the
activity of your office/institution. If None is selected, no
reminder is displayed.
