Testing wrist strap grounding cords

Application
Use this procedure to verify that the level of resistance of wrist strap grounding
cords is correct. The level must be low enough to allow static electricity to
discharge from the body of the user. The level must be high enough to prevent
electrocution. Electrocution occurs if the equipment develops a short-circuit
while the user wears the wrist strap.
Interval
Perform this procedure in one month intervals.
