WARNING
Static electricity damage
Before you remove cards, put on a wrist strap that connects to
the wrist strap grounding point on the left side of the modular
supervisory panel (MSP) of the RSC-M. The wrist strap
protects the equipment against static electricity damage.
DANGER
Equipment damage
Take these precautions when you remove or insert a card:
1. Do not apply direct pressure to the components.
2. Do not force the card in the slots.
Locate the card to be removed on the appropriate shelf.
Open the locking levers on the card to be replaced. Carefully pull the
card toward you until the card clears the shelf.
