This section lists remote registers for a master/local module.
The following shows an assignment example of remote registers with the remote registers of the IO-Link module assigned to
RWr0 to RWr83 and RWw0 to RWw83. (This example assumes that IO-Link devices with the process data size of 16 words
are connected to all the channels from 1 to 8 of the IO-Link module.)
The remote registers are assigned in station-based units.
Remote register (RWr) is the information input from the IO-Link module to the master/local module.
Remote register (RWw) is the information output from the master/local module to the IO-Link module.
Do not read or write data from/to any "Use prohibited" remote registers. Doing so may cause an accident due
to incorrect output or malfunction.
