Description
Major error
An error that cannot be recovered
Moderate error
An error where the module cannot continue to operate
Minor error
An error where the module can continue to operate
Error definition and cause
The WDT (watchdog timer) has timed out.
The bus inside the module is faulty.
The data in the nonvolatile memory are faulty.
An error has been detected in the RAM diagnostics
upon start up.
Communication inside the module is faulty.
The module/sensor power supply voltage or the output
power supply voltage is faulty.
Short-circuit has been detected on a port or pin.
The station number/network setting have been changed
with the module power on.
The setting was changed while the system was in
operation.
A hardware error has occurred in the communication
LSI.
A response wait timeout has occurred in transient
transmission.
A transmission completion wait timeout has occurred in
transient transmission.
A transmission wait timeout has occurred in transient
transmission.
Action
• Take measures against noise with a shielded cable
for connection. Then turn off and on the module.
• If this error persists, the module may be in failure.
Please consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
Check US voltage drop flag (18V or lower) (RX28), UA
voltage drop flag (18V or lower) (RX29), and UA voltage
drop flag (11V or lower) (RX2A), and confirm the wiring
and status of the relevant power supplies.
Check Channel n (CQ/Q) short-circuit detection flag
(RX10 to RX1F) and Channel n (L+) short-circuit
detection flag (RX20 to RX27), and confirm the status of
the relevant channel or pin.
Set the switch again to the station number or network
number that has been set before.
This error is automatically recovered. However, if this
error persists, the module may be in failure. Please
consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
• A malfunction may have occurred due to noise or
others. Check the cable distance or grounding
condition of each device. Then take measures
against noise.
• If this error persists, the module may be in failure.
Please consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
• If an error has been detected on the own station,
target station, or relay station, check and address the
error.
• Decrease the usage frequency of transient
transmission, and retry the operation.
• If the master station (submaster station) is in the
mode "Online (high-speed mode)", switch the mode
to "Online (normal mode)", and retry the operation.
• Check cables of the request source and switching
hub connection for any error.
• Decrease the usage frequency of transient
transmission, and retry the operation.
• Check cables of the request source and switching
hub connection for any error.
