areas, refer to the following.

The buffer memory areas of the I/O module with diagnostic functions are intended only for monitor data (data used for
referring to the status of the I/O module with diagnostic functions). Reading data is only allowed. Writing data is not allowed.
Do not write data into buffer memory areas. Writing data into these areas can cause a module malfunction.
