7. Adjust the email settings as needed:
• To save the scanned document with a specific file name, touch the attachment file name, enter a new
name using the touch screen keypad, then touch E E n n t t e e r r .
• To save the scanned document with a specific file format, touch the attachment file format, then select the
required format.
To create a searchable file or to add password protection, from the File format, select M M o o r r e e .
• To change the subject line, touch S S u u b b j j e e c c t t , enter a new subject line using the touch screen keypad, then
touch E E n n t t e e r r .
• To change the email body message, touch M M e e s s s s a a g g e e , enter a new message, then touch O O K K .

9. If you are scanning from the document glass, when prompted, to finish, touch D D o o n n e e , or to scan another page,
touch A A d d d d P P a a g g e e . To cancel a job, touch C C a a n n c c e e l l J J o o b b .
Note: If you are scanning a document from the automatic document feeder, a prompt does not appear.
10. To return to the Home screen, press the H H o o m m e e button.
P R E V I E W I N G A N D B U I L D I N G J O B S
Use the Preview option to view and check scanned images, or to build jobs that contain more than 50 original
documents.
If you are using Preview to build a job, divide your job into segments of 50 or fewer pages. After all the segments
are scanned and previewed, the job is processed and sent as a single job.

1. At the printer control panel, press the H H o o m m e e button.
2. To clear previous app settings, touch R R e e s s e e t t .
