P R I N T I N G S P E C I A L J O B T Y P E S
Special job types allow you to send a print job from your computer, then print it from the printer control panel. To
select special job types from the print driver, select P P r r i i n n t t i i n n g g O O p p t t i i o o n n s s > > J J o o b b T T y y p p e e .
Saved Jobs
Saved Jobs are documents sent to the printer and, unless deleted, are stored there for future use. Any user can print
or delete a Saved Job.

1. In your software application, access the print settings. For most software applications, press C C T T R R L L + + P P for
Windows or C C M M D D + + P P for Macintosh.
2. Select your printer, then open the print driver.
• For Windows, click P P r r i i n n t t e e r r P P r r o o p p e e r r t t i i e e s s . Depending on your application, the title of the button can vary.
• For Macintosh, in the Print window, click P P r r i i n n t t O O p p t t i i o o n n s s , then select X X e e r r o o x x F F e e a a t t u u r r e e s s .
3. For Job Type, select S S a a v v e e d d J J o o b b .
4. Type a job name or select a name from the list, then click O O K K .
5. Select any other required printing options.
• For Windows, click O O K K , then click P P r r i i n n t t .
• For Macintosh, click P P r r i i n n t t .
Releasing a Saved Job
1. At the printer control panel, press the H H o o m m e e button.
2. Touch J J o o b b s s .
3. To view Saved Jobs, touch S S a a v v e e d d J J o o b b s s .
4. To print a Saved Job, touch the job name, enter the quantity, then touch O O K K .
5. To delete the document after printing, for that job, touch the T T r r a a s s h h icon, then at the prompt, touch D D e e l l e e t t e e .
6. To return to the Home screen, press the H H o o m m e e button.
Secure Print
Use Secure Print to print sensitive or confidential information. After you send the job, it is held at the printer until
you enter your passcode at the printer control panel.
