Notice of Compliance
This analyzer may radiate radio frequency energy and may cause interference to radio
communications if not installed and used properly in strict accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions. This analyzer has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A
digital device pursuant to Subpart B of Part 15 of FCC Rules, which are designed to provide
reasonable protection against such interference in a commercial environment. Operation of the
analyzer in a residential area may cause interference, in which case the user, at his own
expense, will be required to take whatever measures may be required to correct the
interference.
This Class A digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003. Cet appareil numérique de la

The Thermo Scientific Orion 2230XP Silica analyzer is CE and cTUVus certified, which includes
testing to EMC and US and Canadian standards.
