EVERY 500 HOURS
• Be sure to stop the engine before changing the
oil filter.
• Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can
be hot and can burn.
1. Place the oil pan underneath the power steering oil
filter.
2. Using a wrench, remove the filter cover.
3. When oil is no longer dripping from the exposed
area, remove the element and replace it with a new
one.
Make sure at this time that the o-ring is mounted on
the element mounting part.
Power shift transmission type
(1) Power steering oil filter cover
(2) Nut
(3) Element
(4) O-ring
CVT type
(1) Power steering oil filter cover
(2) Nut
(3) Element
(4) O-ring
4. Mount after cleaning the filter cover. If the o-ring is
damaged, make sure to replace it.
5. Fill the transmission oil up to the upper line of the
sight glass.

(1) Filling plug

6. After running the engine for a few minutes, stop the
engine, wait for 10 minutes and check the oil level
again, add oil to the prescribed level.
7. Make sure that the transmission fluid does not leak
past the seal on the filter.
NOTE :
• Check the transmission fluid level under the
following conditions:
a. Park the machine on a flat surface.
b. Lower the rear 3-point hitch and front
end loader (if equipped).
c. Raise
the
equipped).
d. Disconnect all the remote control valve
hoses.
e. Stop engine and wait for 10 minutes.

8. Checking radiator hose and clamp

Check to see if the radiator hoses are properly fixed
every 500 hours of operation.
1. If the hose clamps are loose or water leaks, tighten
the bands securely.
