4-3-11-1 Introduction to Measurements & Analysis (M&A)
• A complete M&A software package for Cardiac is included in the Vivid 7 / Vivid 7 PRO.
• The M&A software runs on the Backend Processor.
• In this test, we just check one measurement, Calipers.

Task
Generate a 2D image
(see 4-3-4 - 2D Mode (B mode) Checks
Press FREEZE on the Control Panel
Scroll back until you find the picture you want to do the
measurement on.

Press MEASURE on the Control Panel.
Select Caliper in the Measurement menu.

Press CALIPER on the Control Panel.
Press the CALIPER assignable.
