BUTTON FUNCTIONS:

1. POWER
Turn on the power switch at the back of the treadmill and attach the safety cord. Press the POWER button to
turn on the treadmill. A number is indicated in the display representing the body weight. Set your personal
weight by pressing the SPEED / INCLINE up (+) or down (-) buttons. Press the ENTER button to confirm
your input.
2. SELECT
After the treadmill has been switched on and the user weight has been entered, you may choose an exercise
program: To select a program, press the SELECT button to get to the first manual program. In the manual
program you may set the the target mode (only if the treadmill is not running) by pressing the SELECT
button more often. You will get to following indications: 1 = time counts down to zero (display shows 15:00
min), 2 = distance counts down to zero (display shows 1.0 km), 3 = calories count down to zero (display
shows 50 kcal).
Press the SPEED / INCLINE up (+) or down (-) button to adjust the data in the individual modes. Press the
ENTER button to confirm your input. After this, please press the "START" button to run the program.
3. START / STOP
After the treadmill is turned on (magnetic safety key attached to the console) and your personal user weight
has been entered, press the START/STOP button to start the treadmill. Press this button again to stop the
treadmill at any time of the exercise.
5. SPEED + / SPEED –
To adjust the speed level during the workout, press SPEED UP (+) or SPEED DOWN (-). Each button press
increases or decreases the speed by 0.1 km/h. If you press the button for more than 0.5 seconds, the speed
will be changed in a quicker way.
6. INCLINE + / INCLINE –
To adjust the incline level during the workout, press INCLINE UP (+) or INCLINE DOWN (-). If you press the
button for more than 0.5 seconds, the incline will be changed in a quicker way.
7. INCLINE
Quick incline buttons on the console: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12% - to enter the incline with one touch
8. SPEED
Quick speed buttons on the consle: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 km/h – to enter the speed with one touch
MODES / PROGRAMS
QUICK START PROGRAM
1. Turn on the power switch at the back of the treadmill and attach the safety cord to the console
(magnet)
2. Press the POWER button on the console and set your user weight (INCLINE/SPEED +/- buttons),
press ENTER to confirm your input
3. Press the START / STOP button, the system will enter into a 3 second count down and start at 1
km/h speed
4. After the start up, you may use the SPEED +/- and the INCLINE +/- buttons to adjust speed or
incline at your target level
