Auto cut-off control
Purpose • Functions
This is a function to prevent Heat Reclaim Ventilator Unit from operating for a long period of time due to failure to turn it off.
Unit operation
Judgement criteria for auto cut-off control
1. Judgment by indoor/outdoor temperature sensor (standard equipment)
• If the difference between the indoor and outdoor temperatures remains within the specified range for a certain period of time during
operation, the auto cut-off control is activated.
• The time taken for the above auto cut-off prevention control to be activated can be changed by making field settings.
• Select field setting options " 01", " 02" or " 03" based on the estimated daily operating hours.
2. Judgment by indoor humidity sensor (optional accessory)
Conditions: When the indoor (RA) humidity sensor
BRYH241A100 is used:
• Auto cut-off control is activated when indoor humidity of
80% and above is detected while the unit is in operation.
• Select the setting position 11 "Humidity judgment" of the
field setting.
• When an indoor humidity sensor (optional accessory) is
used, it is recommended to change the setting to "humidity
judgment".

Operation when auto cut-off control is activated (common for
temperature and humidity judgment)
• The unit stops for 50 minutes and then runs for 10 minutes.
After that, a judgment is made whether to resume operation.
• During bypass mode, the mode is automatically switched to
the heat exchange mode.
Conditions for return from auto cut-off control
• Judgment by indoor/outdoor temperature sensor
The unit will return from auto cut-off control if the difference
between indoor and outdoor temperatures remains out of the
specified range for 5 minutes while in operation.
• Judgment by indoor humidity sensor (optional accessory)
The unit will return from auto cut-off control if the room
humidity remains below 80% for 5 minutes while in operation.
• The unit resets from auto cut-off control by turning it OFF →
ON again using remote controller.
