About This Manual

This manual contains all of the information necessary to operate,
configure, and troubleshoot the 4630 and 4830 coax/twinax interface
card.

Coax configuration Chapter 1, "Coax Configuration," tells you
how configure the interface card to
communicate with a 3270-type host system
and how to use host download commands to
access the advanced features of the interface
card.
Twinax configuration Chapter 2, "Twinax Configuration," tells you
how to configure the interface card to
connect to an AS/400 or System 3X host and
how to use host download commands to
access the advanced features of the interface
card.
Troubleshooting Chapter 3, "Troubleshooting," instructs you
on how to clear error messages and to
