3.3 Cooling Requirements

3.3.1 Requirements for Cooling Water:
a) The cooling water connection of the laser is shown in
the flow direction
b) The cooling water uses the pure water, may use the drinking pure water.
c) In order to prevent the growth of mold that may lead to water blockage of the product, adding alcohol
solution to about 10% portion of the total volume is recommended.
d) If ambient temperature is between -10℃ and 0℃, it is recommended to use the 30% portion volume
alcohol, and replace it by every 2 months entirely.
CAUTION: All the cables can only be connected when power supply is off. Hot
plug may damage the device.
CAUTION:
a)
The placement of the laser delivery cable should be as natural as possible,
and the delivery cable should not be twisted;
b)
If the coil diameter of the delivery optical cable is too small, it will damage
the laser.
CAUTION:
a)
In the process of installation and disassembly, please handle the laser fiber
delivery connector gently, and DO NOT subject it to vibration;
b)
Before installing the laser fiber delivery connector, ensure that the optical lens
and laser processing head cavity are clean and free of pollution.
