Position freewheel gear

Mount the starter idler gear @ with the washer.

Mount lock ring

Ensure that the woodruff key is seated properly. Mount the rotor.

To simplify installation, turn the starter idler gear counterclockwise.
Mount and tighten screw

Shift the gap of the piston rings by 120
-
Place the special tool onto the oiled piston. Clamp the piston rings together using
the special tool.

Piston ring mounting tool (60029015000)
✓ The piston ring are squeezed together fully.

Position the piston with the special tool on the cylinder.

Carefully slide the piston into the cylinder from the top.

The piston rings should not catch or they will be damaged.
