Wrap the six tele 3 extend cables (150) around the
sheave assembly (139) and bring all cable ends back to
the base of the cylinder; ensure the cable ends with
threads are hanging underneath the telescope cylinder.
Duct tape the tele 3 extend cables to the top of the
cylinder (see Figure 4-27 and Figure 4-28).

Install the sled weldment (142) (see Figure 4-29) onto
the telescope cylinder sheave mounting weldment (136)
using the six capscrews (20) and flat washers (143).
