Room Modules
The Sun Blind Control module is compatible with the NUDL
series room bus and NU-series bedside handsets that
support sun blind control.
Mounting the Sun Blind Control module on a DIN Rail:
The Sun Blind Control Module must be mounted on a 1.5 in.
DIN rail, which must be permanently mounted to a wall. It
must not be within reach or intentional access of a resident
or it can be mounted within a separate electrical equipment
enclosure. Each module comes with a pre-attached clip for
mounting it on a DIN Rail.
1. Ensure the NUSB2-H is in the upright position, with the
screw terminals at the 12 a.m. position.
2. Place the back of the Sun Blind Control module against the
DIN rail so that the top of the clip on the module hooks
onto the top of the rail.
3. Press down on the module until the bottom of the clip
clicks onto the bottom of the rail.
Identifying DIP Switches and Cable Connections
In a Telligence system, one Sun Blind Control module can be
connected to one room bus and will respond to all bed side
handsets connected to peripherals on the same room bus.
DIP switch configuration is not required when used in
Telligence systems and should be left in the default factory
settings.
