Jam Code Troubleshooting Procedures
N6T Y-axis motor media short during transfix. The media was measured to be shorter
than it was believed to be.
1. Ensure the media is the correct size and type.
2. Run the diagnostic Check Drum Y-axis Encoder test.
N7T Y-axis motor media long during transfix. The media was measured to be longer than
it was believed to be.
1. Ensure the media is the correct size and type.
2. Run the diagnostic Check Drum Y-axis Encoder test.
P5A Process motor out of position on powerup following an abnormal printer shutdown
1. Verify that the process drive gearbox is correctly aligned.
