Jam Code Troubleshooting Procedures
E2E Tray 1 width sensor
1. Examine the Tray 1 width guides for proper movement.
2. Run the diagnostic Sensors test.
3. Inspect the Tray 1 wiring to the I/O Board.
4. Replace the I/O Board, then retest.
5. Replace the Electronics Module.
E2Q Tray 1 width sensor
1. Examine the Tray 1 width guides for proper movement.
2. Run the diagnostic Sensors test.
3. Inspect the Tray 1 wiring to the I/O Board.
4. Replace the I/O Board, then retest.
5. Replace the Electronics Module.
F2A Front door sensor unexpectedly actuated during abnormal shutdown
The front door open flag unexpectedly tripped while the printer was performing an
abnormal shutdown
F2B Front door sensor unexpectedly actuated during normal shutdown

1. Ensure ground planes and ground straps are intact.
