Setup options

Set time display format. 12Hr A, 12Hr P or 24Hr (12 Hour AM, 12 Hour PM or 24
Time
Hour).
Date Date format is [YYYY] [MM] [DD]. Y - Year, M - Month, and D - Day.
Weight Units LBS - Pounds, kg - Kilograms, or Stone.
Distance Units MI - Miles or kM - Kilometers.
Pause Set time length for Pause. OFF (Default), 1:00, 5:00 or 10:00 minutes.
Default Time Set default workout time. 10, 20, 30 (Default), or 60.
Max Time Set maximum workout time. OFF (Unlimited), 30, 60 (Default), 90, or 120 minutes.
Default
Set default resistance mode. Bike mode [bihe] (default) or Constant Power [CP] mode.
Resistance
Bike mode is gears 1-21, Constant power is 35-500 watt.
Mode
Beeper (Tone) Toggle console beeper On (Default) or OFF. Some volume, range is 0-30, 10 is default.
Set A/V option. none (Default), C.A.B. (Console Adapter Box for Broadcast Vision),
A/V
"UHF" or "FM". See A/V Config and FM Radio Presets for full configuration.
