The Microsoft Windows Printing System includes the following dialog boxes:
Setup - Includes number of copies, page orientation, paper source, and paper size, as well as
buttons for opening the quality and Graphic Dialog boxes.

Graphics - Includes settings for halftoning methods and color controls.
Opening the Microsoft Windows Printing System Dialog Boxes
You can display the dialog boxes for the Microsoft Windows Printing System in either of two ways:
From within any Microsoft Windows application, use it's Print... or Print Setup...(or equivalent)
command.

Open
2. Choose the Print... or Print Setup... (or equivalent) command.
3. In the Print Setup dialog box, choose the Setup... button to open the Setup dialog box.
From Microsoft Windows itself, use the Control Panel or Print Manager.
1. Open the Control Panel, then double-click on the Printers icon to open the Printer dialog
box. Or open the print Manager, then choose the Printer Setup..command from the Options
menu to open the Printers dialog box.
You can open the Control Panel or the Print Managers by double-clicking on the Control
Panel or Print Manager icons in the Main group of the Program Manager.
